Kera designed a wet room for my small bathroom as I had been struggling getting in and out of the bath. As the bathroom is quite narrow it took a lot of work to get it right but Kera did not stop until it was perfect. She even had bespoke glass doors designed for both near the shower and the airing cupboard. All of the materials used are top quality and look beautiful. There are even little lights in the alcoves and near the loo that are on motion sensors. Kurt and the guys were great, very friendly and worked really hard to get everything done and always kept everything tidy. Every stage was checked off before the next one started. I absolutely love it and would definitely recommend as they went above and beyond to ensure that everything would be OK for me to use for years to come whilst still ensuring that it looks amazing.

Walt Bradbury13/07/2023Due to some recent physical limitations I needed to have my bath removed and replaced with a walk in, fully accessible shower and as a first step visited the showroom on Derby road to make initial enquiries. As a result, Claire visited me at home to assess my needs and make suggestions regarding the possibilities. Subsequently I have had my bathroom fully remodelled, and later also my downstairs WC, and, additionally, mprovements made to my kitchen and utility. I do not habitually provide feedback ortestimonials, but happily make an exception in the case of the bathroom showroom I have no hesitation whatsoever in highly recommending their services. The showroom staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. All the plumbing, bathroom and kitchen fitting tradespeople have been first class; highly skilled, reliable, punctual, tidy and polite. Any questions or queries have been dealt with promptly and efficiently In summary, I am thoroughly delighted with all the work done in my home, which has been carried out to the very highest standards As and when I need any further work carried out, The Showroom Derby Road will be my first port of call Jane Garbutt Clay Cross

We’ve just had a beautiful conversion from an old bathroom unto a sensational shower room. Absolutely amazing transformation. So pleased, the tiles, furniture, the taps, showers heads, just everything are great. The workmanship by Phil and Ian is second to none, and they consulted and informed us of the procedure all through the process. So happy with all round results from planning, advising and the finished with everything. Would highly recommend.

We have recently had a bathroom changed into a wet room, and a freestanding bath in our main bedroom.
My wife and myself visited the Tupton store, as the store is local to us, we were greated by Jenny and Lesley (the owner).
We were welcomed warmly, and shown around the store, we were given opions for our price range.
The details of the work to be done & the timeframe for the work was arranged between us, and designed by Lesley and Jenny, and ourselves.
We were impressed during the work, that there was thought to our needs, and if they needed to be change things, we had regular visits by the team at the showroom.
Aslo big shout out to our bathroom fitter Bill, who worked hard to realized our dreams.

We visited The Showroom on Derby Road just to browse for ideas for a new bathroom. We were made to feel very welcome from the moment we stepped inside by both Jenny and Kathy. The choice for both bathrooms and kitchens is quite extensive and within minutes we had seen the tiles and sink unit we loved. There was no pressure from anyone as we browsed the showroom, but Jenny asked if we needed any help or advice. We were so pleased we decided to go ahead with the new bathroom after Jenny designed it for us. From start to finish the staff at The Showroom were on hand for any questions, queries or problems and your satisfaction is the prime aim of this company. We met all the staff at various stages in the fitting, as this is a family run firm with staff who genuinely care about their clients. They are not the cheapest firm around, but all the products are high end quality and customer satisfaction is their main priority. We have already recommended The Showroom to family and friends, as we are highly delighted with our new bathroom.

Over the moon with my new wet room courtesy of The Showroom Derby Road what a fantastic design and first class installation thank you so much everyone especially Lesley Webster who designed it and Vasile Danciue who installed it. First class service nothing was too much trouble. The new cloakroom which was installed in the third bedroom along with flooring to the whole of the bedroom and new ceiling with lighting is also superb ready to be converted to dressing room come office.Absolutely amazing designers and customer service second to none they certainly make your dream come true.

We were looking around for a new bathroom nothing excited me then we went to the showroom at tupton. Wow is all I can say from entering we had a wonderful greeting from Leslie who guided us through everything no pressure at all unlike a lot of other places. We went away to think but we needn’t have bothered. From entering the quality was evident. We have just had our new bathroom fitted and it is fabulous thanks to Ian and Phil who were the nicest workmen we’ve ever had in our home. Their work is second to none not forgetting Leslie who popped in and out to see how work was going.
